Real-World AI Demonstration

See AI Handle Outreach and Follow-Up Tracking

This demonstration shows how AI can help organize a large contact list, prioritize outreach, work through prospects one at a time, and keep follow-ups organized without losing the human judgment behind the process.

A practical example of the kind of workflow we teach: using AI to reduce repetitive work while keeping the strategy, relationships, and decisions human.

Start with work you already do

For owners and teams who want useful results

You may have tried AI and received something too generic, too wordy, or too uncertain to use. This workshop helps you connect the tool to your actual responsibilities.

Owners and business leaders

Prepare communications, organize ideas, and turn scattered information into clear next steps.

Sales and business development

Organize account research, prepare discovery questions, and draft relevant customer follow-ups.

Technical and industrial teams

Explain capabilities clearly and turn approved notes or documents into useful summaries.

Designed for beginners and occasional AI users. Your business knowledge is an important part of every exercise.

Three practical starting points

Put AI to work on familiar tasks

Prepare for a sales conversation

Use public company information to build a prospect brief. Separate known facts from hypotheses and identify questions worth asking.

Communicate clearly

Draft a customer follow-up or translate technical capabilities into an explanation your buyer can understand. Refine tone, detail, and accuracy.

Organize everyday work

Turn sanitized meeting notes or an email thread into an action list. Identify owners, deadlines, and missing information without inventing details.

Each exercise includes human review. You decide what is accurate, appropriate, and ready to use.

Learn by doing

Leave with work you can use again

We start with a real task, demonstrate a clearer way to ask for help, and guide you through creating and improving your own results.

  1. Choose the task: Define the audience, desired result, and information you can appropriately share.
  2. Build better instructions: Use Context, Objective, Role, and Example to shape the response.
  3. Practice and refine: Complete a sales exercise, then work on a communication or organization task.
  4. Review and reuse: Check important facts, revise the result, and save the prompt for next time.

Your takeaways

  • Two useful work products developed and reviewed during the session.
  • Your reusable prompts and a concise prompting guide.
  • A checklist for checking facts, tone, and missing information.
  • One specific task to repeat after the workshop.

Bring a laptop, a working AI account, and public or sanitized examples. Use your organization’s approved tools and information policies. Account setup should be completed before the session.

A practical conversation with Chris

What would you like AI to help you accomplish?

Tell Chris where you are spending time, what you have already tried, and what a useful result would look like. We will determine whether a workshop or individual session fits that need.

  • The business task you want to improve.
  • Whether you are asking for yourself or a team, and the number of participants.
