Meet the Founder
Chris is honored to have served his country in the US Army. His first assignment was being deployed to Saudi Arabia and Iraq. There, he performed his role as a Forward Observer for artillery in the Gulf War. After the Gulf War he transitioned stateside to the 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Chris is an Air Assault School graduate along with other military honors. When he was stationed at Ft. Campbell, they rotated with the 82nd Airborne Division for DRF alerts. The buzz phrase was “24 hours, wheels down anywhere in the world”.
“Fire for effect” is an artillery phrase used in the military for when they have pinpointed the target by first using bracketing rounds.

After the military, Chris’ professional life included earning a BSE in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in Technology Management. He began his career as an engineer in a semiconductor fabrication facility. From there, he transitioned to his true love of helping customers and organizations utilizing solution based sales.
Chris brings more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience into diverse industries and market segments such as:

Our founder’s roots run deep in Arizona, from graduating at Arizona State University and University of Phoenix to working at Rustler’s Rooste during college. Long before Fire For Effect Marketing, this was where the foundation was built—through hard work, real-world experience, and a genuine connection to the local community.
Those years weren’t just about school and work—they were about living Arizona. Floating down the Salt River on a hot summer day, waterskiing across Canyon Lake, camping under the stars at Roosevelt Lake, and taking in the scale of Lake Powell.
